On October 24, 2018, Discovery One Investment Corp. (“Discovery”), a capital pool company, completed a $1 million initial public offering (“IPO”), which consisted of the issuance of an aggregate of 10,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as the exclusive agent in respect of the IPO.

On October 26, 2018, Discovery’s common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol “DOIT.P”.
