Christopher is an associate lawyer with Maxis Law practicing corporate and securities law. Christopher assists clients with capital markets transactions and business law matters, including public and private equity and debt financings, going-public transactions, stock exchange listings, and mergers and acquisitions. Christopher also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters. Christopher looks to provide clients with practical and intelligent solutions to complex legal issues.

Christopher obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria in 2019. During his studies, Christopher worked as a practicum student at the British Columbia Securities Commission, and also undertook an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore. Christopher joined Maxis Law after completing his articles at a notable regional law firm in Vancouver and working as an associate at a busy corporate and securities law boutique in Vancouver for several years.
