Excitation Capital Partners Corp. (“Excitation”), in association with Western Wealth Capital completed the US$56.5 million acquisition of the 250 unit Villas at Chase Oaks Apartment Homes located in Plano, Texas. Excitation funded its equity share through the creation and financing of the VACO Apartment Homes Limited Partnership, a BC limited partnership. Debt financing was provided by a major US financial institution.
