Highway 50 Completes Series of Flow-Through and Non-Flow-Through Financings

On September 9, 2019, Highway 50 closed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of approximately $240,000 by the issuance of 1,599,998 units at a purchase price of $0.15 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company issued on a flow-through basis under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and one-half of one non-flow-through common share purchase warrant.  Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one non-flow-through common share of the Company at a purchase price of $0.20 per share for 24 months from the date of issuance.  On the same date, the Company closed a second private placement, raising gross proceeds of approximately $55,000 by the issuance of 366,666 units at a purchase price of $0.15 per unit. Each unit consists of one non-flow-through common share of the Company and one non-flow-through common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one non-flow-through common share of the Company at a purchase price of $0.20 per share for 24 months from the date of issuance.
