On March 21, 2019, Serafina Canadian Limited Partnership raised US$9,900,000 pursuant to a non-brokered private placement offering of 9,900,000 Class A Units. The proceeds of the offering were used as partial consideration for the US$27,450,000 acquisition of Serafina at South Mountain Apartment Homes, a 183 unit garden-style apartment community located in Phoenix, Arizona.
