On July 16, 2018, Uniserve Communications Corporation (“Uniserve”) announced the completion of their acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of certain assets of RootCellar Technologies Corporation (“RootCellar”) for an aggregate purchase price of C$2 million. The acquired assets consists of all of the assets of RootCellar used in connection with its information technology consulting services, security services, training, and audit and remediation services.

RootCellar is a hybrid IT consulting and IT security firm, producing advanced new security technologies, supported by over a decade of trusted experience in the service of security and mission critical data management.
