On August 24, 2018, Vatic Ventures Corp. (“Vatic”) announced the closing of its rights offering pursuant to which 1,122,736 units (each, a “Unit”) were distributed at a price of $0.18 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately $202,092.  Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of Vatic and one transferable common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of $0.25 until August 24, 2020.  Vatic trades under the symbol “VCV” on the TSX Venture Exchange.
